Wave Race 2
Can this title live up to the class of the original then add all the power of the Gamecube? We dearly hope so.

The original Wave Race was indded a classic - great graphics and water phsics and addictive, long-lasting gameplay. Even recently I borrowed this game to wipeout all the records and infest them with my name 'H32' :)

If there's one thing that worries me, it's the slight fear that since EAD, developer of the original N64 Wave Race, handed the responsibility of Wave Race 2 to NOA's NST, I get a bad feeling that this title could lose the 'greatness' of the original classic and turn into one of those modern-style, great graphic games with no 'soul'. However, I just hope that this is not the case and severly hope that that this game reatins that special 'Nintendo feeling, and not turn into just a 'good' racer like Ridge Racer 5 with nothing special.
Believe it or not, I would have given this title a RED in the EM if it was being developed by EAD simply because I would be 100% assured it will be an amazing game with the original's feeling and a whole lot more.

Can NST do it? Can NST do it? I soooo hope so, because I don't want Wave Race to lose that special N feeling and turn into just a 'good game' with nothing special. Nintendo is not known for that. All of their titles have something special, a very special indeed feeling, that reflect the very best video games. Zelda, Mario, Wave Race; I hope Wave Race 2 retains that feeling...
